Order quantities are shown on each product page. Mixed quantities are possible — tell us the quantity you need and we will quote it.
Are the prices per piece or per pair?
Each product page states the unit. Connectors are usually sold per pair, tubes per single piece or matched pair, hardware per piece or per set.
Can you match tubes?
Matched pairs or quads depend on the tube and the supplier — ask us for the specific item.
How long does delivery take?
Dispatch time is confirmed with your order. Transit time depends on the courier and the destination.
Can I use my own courier account?
Yes. Give us your DHL, FedEx or UPS account number and the parcel will be sent collect.
Do you supply documents for customs?
Ask us which documents are available for the item you need; it depends on the supplier of that part.
Can you source a part that is not listed?
Often yes. Send the manufacturer, model number and a photograph; we will tell you within one working day whether we can supply it and at what price.
Do you offer OEM or custom machining?
Yes, for volume orders: custom plating, laser marking, packaging and modified dimensions are possible. Send drawings or samples for a quotation.
