All components carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
Report a defective item within 14 days with photographs and we replace it at our cost, including the return shipping.
If we shipped the wrong part, we send the correct one immediately and you keep or return the wrong item at our expense.
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price; return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the fault is ours.
Damage from incorrect installation, over-voltage, soldering heat, or parts modified after delivery. Tubes damaged by a faulty amplifier are not covered.
Email us the order number, the item number and photographs of the part and the packaging. We reply with a decision and, if a return is needed, the return address in Shenzhen. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
