Small parts are packed in anti-static bags and bubble wrap inside a rigid carton; tubes are packed in individual foam-lined boxes; chassis and transformers are crated or double-boxed. Every parcel carries a packing list showing item numbers and quantities.
Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. We declare the commercial value accurately and can include your VAT or EORI number on the invoice when you provide it.
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the carton and contents before opening the inner packing and contact us within 7 days. Wrong or defective items are replaced or refunded.
