Prices are quoted in USD and exclude shipping, insurance, import duties and taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice; the price confirmed in your quotation is binding for 30 days.
Orders are accepted by email or written confirmation. Payment terms are PayPal, bank transfer or Western Union; for orders above USD 5,000 a 30 % deposit with the balance before shipment is available.
Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes to the buyer on handover to the carrier; we will assist with any claim but are not liable for delays caused by customs or the carrier.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are settled by negotiation in the first instance.
